The boutique showcases the full Grand Seiko collection, while the first floor features a private lounge and Seiko showroom displaying our Prospex, Presage, Seiko 5 Sports, King Seiko and Astron timepieces and a curated selection of Seiko Clocks.

Established in 1881 as a watch and clock repair shop in Ginza, Tokyo, Seiko has grown and diversified over the years, but remains best known for its world-leading brands and expertise in fusing intricate watchmaking skill with elegant design.

Renowned for horological innovation with a stream of world firsts including the first TV watches, Seiko created the first ever quartz watch in 1969. Seiko timepieces deliver precisely beautiful Japanese aesthetics, brought to life through total in-house manufacture.

Complimentary Bracelet & Strap Adjustments

We offer complimentary bracelet adjustments (shortening or lengthening) and changes for official Grand Seiko straps and bracelets, tailoring your watch to your preference. For same-day service, we recommend visiting our boutique during weekdays. Don’t forget to bring along any additional links that may be required for the adjustment.

For certain timepieces that demand the expertise of our specialised watchmakers, and due to our policy of not keeping spare parts in stock at the boutique, watches in need of a repair or service should be sent to our dedicated service centre.
