Watch Repairs

At Seiko, we have a first class repair centre which we are proud to offer to our customers. In the event of a repair or service being required for your watch here are the steps you should follow for a hassle-free experience:

Once you have contacted our team, we recommend you use the following steps to ensure safe transport of your watch:

1. Please write a short covering letter with your name, address, email and contact number along with a brief description of the issue. If your watch is within its warranty period then please enclose a copy of your proof of purchase

2. Wrap the watch in bubble wrap and place within a padded envelope to protect it 

3. Send the watch to the following address:

4. Please ensure that you check with Royal Mail/Courier for the best way to send your watch with the appropriate insurance level and put your own name and address information on the envelope so it can be returned to you should there be any issue with delivery

  • Upon receiving your watch we will contact you to advise of an estimate for your repair or service
  • We will detail the work required to repair or service your watch including a breakdown of the costs* 
  • We accept payment over the telephone with both credit and debit cards

* Please note that this estimate is subject to part availability and once the repair has begun the workshop may find additional work may be required for your item. In the event of further work being required we will contact you again to confirm if you would like to approve the work to be undertaken.
