Please enclose your contact details, namely an email address, and highlight the reason you are sending that watch to our Service Centre.
Upon receipt and after assessment, Seiko Service Centre will provide a quotation to bring your watch back into working order. With your consent to proceed your quotation, we will schedule your watch to our workshop.
Payment can be taken over the telephone before or after the repair is complete. We will return your watch back to you via Royal Mail Postal Services.
If your watch is under guarantee you must provide proof of purchase and/or your completed Guarantee card.
Regretfully, we can no longer accept walk-ins or drop-offs at our Service Centre. Watches must be sent via post.
